Most people don't realize that there are no rules, regulations, or even ethical standards that Traffic Ticket Agents must adhere to. Because of this, agents can literally tell you whatever they want, state over the phone that they have qualifications that aren't true, and make outrageous claims. You name it and someone is likely doing it out there. That's why it is so important to look at people's websites and see if they are even willing to say who they are and what their experience really is. 

Over the years, we have seen people who shined shoes, drove a sandwich truck, owned a limo service, taxi drivers, a greenhouse owner, and others with no related experience who suddenly decide they want to become a traffic ticket agent. Now, we are not being critical of these people (as all have been quite nice), but when your license, career, business, marriage, children, mortgage etc. are on the line, do you really want someone representing you in court when they really don't know the ins and outs of traffic law? 

Unfortunately too many of these businesses see the $$$ potential and really don't care about the type of service they provide to their clients. You deserve expertise, knowledge, and experience!!!

In some situations it just doesn't make sense to hire someone, and we only want to help people with situations where we truly feel that we will be able to help them in some way. And, we always explain potential expectations about results upfront! If we say that it is highly unlikely that we can get  you out with "no points" its because it is true. We would rather have you not hire us based on honesty, rather than lie to you to get you to pay us. 

Also, we take the time to answer your questions, to make sure that you fully understand your situation and that your needs are being take of.

Ultimately you need to be able to sleep at night, knowing that you have retained someone whom you trust, as resolutions often take months (or even  years) before they are entered in court. And, if you don't feel that we are the right people to help you out, that's ok too!

In most instances, there is a very real chance that we may have to run a trial. Unfortunately for our industry, unprepared/unqualified agents show up at court hoping for "a deal" and if the prosecutor does not offer one then they are just pleading guilty and leaving. Or, they try to resolve the ticket online (which rarely yields a great result for you). We are always prepared for trial, and the prosecutors know this. This reality creates better outcomes for our clients because prosecutors generally want to run as many short trials as they can, as opposed to 1 or 2 long ones.
